FEUER Powertrain North America is a U.S. subsidiary of a leading German crankshaft manufacturer, supplying two of every three crankshafts globally.

At our North American facility we produce high-precision crankshafts for Mercury Marine and Polaris, maintaining a safe, clean, climate-controlled environment. We seek a CNC Machinist II to oversee operators, optimize setups, and ensure stringent quality through inspection data.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year certificate in machining or metalworking preferred.
• 5+ years machining experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CNC operations and provide direction to operators and machinists.
• Changeover CNC machines for new batches and ensure production release.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues; perform basic maintenance.
• Inspect parts using CMM, calipers, and micrometers; document results.
• Make basic CNC program adjustments based on inspection results.
