The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in CNC machining, proficiency with Fanuc/HAAS controls, and the ability to work four 10‑hour shifts with occasional overtime; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC mills and lathes in prototype/R&D environments.
• Proficient with Fanuc and HAAS control systems, and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to manufacture high-precision components.
• Operate 5-axis and mill-turn machines with minimal supervision.
• Work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced, prototype-driven environment.
• Maintain safety, quality and documentation standards while meeting deadlines.
