Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CNC mills/lathes experience.
• Experience with DMG Mori, Siemens and Fanuc controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, blueprints and docs to plan machining.
• Interpret/modify G-code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Set up CNC mills and lathes with correct tooling/fixturing.
• Load materials, apply offsets and probing cycles.
• Inspect first-run parts and gauge for quality.
• Use precision tools to verify dimensions across runs.
• Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Document work and maintain shift handoff notes.
• Complete production and quality logs on time.
