Qualifications

• 8+ years CNC operation experience on lathe and mill.
• Experience with Dual Spindle Live Tooling.
• Experience with 5-axis milling/turning.
• Ability to interpret drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Read and translate drawings/CAD models.
• Operate CNC lathe and mill machines.
• Provide feedback to improve work instructions.
• Work with CNC programmer to maintain tolerances.
• Reduce non-conformances found by quality or engineering.
• Suggest improvements on batch sizes, setups, tool selection.
• Track calibration and maintenance of equipment.
