Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience programming CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings with GD&T.
• Experience performing machine setups and prove-outs.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol and CAM software such as Mastercam.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, operate, and inspect CNC machined components.
• Develop efficient machining programs and optimize cycle times.
• Review drawings, select tooling, and determine workholding.
• Perform first-run prove-outs and in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot and improve tooling, fixturing, and processes.
• Document results and communicate issues to team.
