Sanmina Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a CNC Machining Production Manager to lead high-precision, large-format machining operations. You will guide the floor, balance manpower with machine capacity, and ensure on-time delivery for semiconductor, aerospace, and defense customers.

You will manage NPI transitions into production, implement Six Sigma and Lean improvements, and develop a strong production team across a safety-first, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of factory experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• At least 8 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machining and complex test processes; troubleshoot equipment.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the CNC machining floor to meet production schedules, quality targets, and cost objectives.
• Monitor resource capacity and manpower requirements to align with customer delivery commitments.
• Support the transition of New Product Introductions (NPI) from engineering into sustained production.
• Monitor machine health and oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Staffing decisions, performance evaluations, and development of the production team.
• Bridge between shop floor and senior leadership; escalate technical or logistical issues.
