Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 15 years of industry experience required.
• Extensive travel—local, national, and international—required.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on devices and systems.
• Identifies and sources parts; evaluates alternatives to improve cost and reliability.
• Sets up and operates multiple machining operations; may perform welding tasks.
• Directs customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and reliability efforts.
• Documents work in service reports and manuals; provides training.
