Job summary

Reno Machine Company is actively seeking an experienced CNC 3/5-Axis Machinist to join our second shift. You will set up, adjust and operate large-format machines per op-sheets and blueprints with minimal supervision, while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced job shop.

You will inspect finished parts for accuracy, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and keep records. A high school diploma or GED, 3 years of CNC experience, and ability to read blueprints and simple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and job routing sheets.
• Ability to read, write and edit simple programs.
• Vocational certificate preferred.
• Experience with CNC machines and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics and CAD drawings.
• Set up and operate per op-sheets and blueprints in a job shop environment.
• Inspect the finished product for accuracy per blueprints and setup sheets.
• Maintain your machine and troubleshoot issues.
• Report any major issues to management or the design team.
• Handle materials appropriately and safely.
