Job summary

Hamilton Company, a leader in precision fluid handling, seeks a CNC Operator in Reno, NV. Swing shift 3:30pm–12:00am. Pay $23-$40/hr. You will operate lathes and milling machines, read drawings, and inspect parts to ensure quality in a fast-paced shop.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing; 3–5 years CNC experience preferred. Flexibility with shifts and adherence to safety and ISO procedures are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing/machine shop setting
• Preferred 3-5 years operating CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines
• Must follow written and oral instructions
• Flexible shifts and changing schedules
• Must possess basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Load parts, set offsets, run controls and inspect parts for conformance
• Interpret drawings, manuals, specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and perform basic preventative maintenance
• Adhere to ISO Quality Program and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
