Job summary

Construction Materials Testing is seeking a Project Manager who will own the client relationship and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects, from scoping and pricing to scheduling crews and reviewing reports. You will drive profitability by keeping clients informed and ensuring timely deliverables.

You will manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and communications, while growing accounts through reliable delivery. Five+ years in CMT/SI/QC with ICC/NICET/ACI credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
