Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection projects from proposal through completion.
• Coordinate field technicians, inspectors, and laboratory personnel.
• Review testing and inspection reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities with existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, ICC, and project-specific requirements.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and inspectors.
• Conduct periodic site visits throughout Northern Virginia.
