Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager to own the client relationship and the testing program: scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through delivered reliability across active sites in Texas with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials with field credibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
