Job summary

Potawatomi Defense Operations is seeking a Construction Management Representative to support NAVFAC Northwest/OICC Puget in overseeing major Federal construction projects at Silverdale / Naval Base Kitsap. You will function as an owner-side CM, handling contractor oversight, QA, RFIs, submittals, schedules, costs, safety, and closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering and 10+ years of CM experience, including NAVFAC or USACE CIP work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years of Construction Management experience.
• At least 1 year of specialized NAVFAC or USACE Capital Improvements project experience.
• Experience with QA/QC, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Federal construction requirements and UFGS specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction for compliance with contract drawings and specs.
• Review RFIs, submittals, plans, specs, and contractor correspondence.
• Evaluate contractor quality-control programs and workmanship.
• Review baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and delays.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and government personnel.
• Support commissioning, punch list, warranty docs, and closeout.
