Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Senior CMP Equipment Engineer to install, maintain and optimize CMP tools at our Taylor, TX site. You will ensure high tool uptime, precise process delivery, and compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years in equipment commissioning or industrial maintenance. US work authorization and experience with blueprints, CAD, and safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 4+ years of equipment commissioning, field service, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Safety certifications: LOTO and OSHA or regional equivalents.
