Job summary

Replimune in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate calibration and maintenance for our cGMP facility. You will manage CMMS, plan master schedules, and support Facilities and Engineering with contractor activities.

The role requires 6–8 years in maintenance planning, GxP experience, and strong MS Office skills; you will ensure activities meet the master schedule and provide routine reports, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of maintenance planning experience.
• GxP experience preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Own CMMS for planning, scheduling, and reporting of maintenance.
• Track maintenance and metrology work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain CMMS asset information, SOPs, and records.
• Create master schedule for calibration and maintenance of facility systems.
• Ensure activities align with master schedule to prevent deviations.
• Coordinate vendor maintenance activities and safety training.
• Assist with review of vendor calibration certificates and service reports.
• Provide routine reports and metrics on calibration and maintenance.
• Support Quality Management Systems audits, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, etc.
