Job summary

Centro Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Technician / CMM Programmer in Beaver Dam, WI to join the Quality team. You will program and operate CMMs, inspect parts, and interpret drawings and GD&T while supporting new product launches and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Production, leveraging quality tools and SPC to maintain measurement systems and drive continuous improvement. A strong quality mindset and mentorship skills are valued.

Qualifications

Experience operating and programming CMM equipment.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
Manufacturing or quality assurance experience.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with quality tools, SPC, Microsoft Office, and inspection equipment.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

Program and operate CMM to inspect parts.
Perform dimensional inspections on production and prototype parts.
Interpret drawings, GD&T and customer specifications.
Develop and maintain inspection plans and documentation.
Support new product launches and PPAP/ISIR activities.
Analyze inspection data and report findings.
Calibrate inspection equipment and maintain measurement systems.
Investigate quality concerns and assist with corrective actions.
Train and mentor Quality Technicians on tools and best practices.
Partner with Engineering to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
