Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a CMM programmer role or similar.
• Collaborate across teams to solve inspection challenges.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and with a team.
• Set up inspections for intricate components with tight tolerances.
• Proficient in GD&T and Blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, CMMs and Blue Light Scanner.
• Basic computer skills and software tool knowledge.
• Familiar with sampling plans and AQL.
• Experience handling ESD-sensitive components; GD&T certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using random samples from large volume lots across projects.
• Select measuring equipment for accurate inspections.
• Inspect purchased components/materials and manufactured products per specs.
• Generate and review Quality History Records for compliance.
• Develop or revise inspection methods and procedures.
