Job summary

DEKA Research & Development Corp. is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join a dynamic medical device R&D team in Manchester, NH. This role reports to the Quality Operations Manager and offers high visibility with significant impact on project success.

You will inspect large-volume lots across multiple projects using diverse measurement tools, selecting appropriate equipment and ensuring accurate data. Collaboration and strict attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a CMM programmer role or equivalent.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve inspection challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Experience with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with AQL and sampling plans.
• Experience handling ESD-sensitive components.
• Certified Inspector or GD&T certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using random samples from large volume lots across projects, ensuring data accuracy and precision.
• Select measuring equipment for accurate and efficient inspections.
• Inspect purchased components/materials and manufactured product per specs.
• Generate and review Quality History Records and related documentation for compliance.
• Develop or revise inspection methods and procedures.
