Molex ADS, a Koch company, seeks a detail-oriented CMM Programmer & Inspection Specialist to own FAIs and dimensional and electrical inspection for high-reliability connectors and cables. Ensure calibration traceability and customer compliance while supporting continuous improvement.

You will join a quality/metrology team embedded within the connector manufacturing division that partners with engineering, production, and customer quality to ensure traceability, inspection rigor, and fast

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on inspection/metrology in connector/cable interconnect manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T to inspection planning.
• Experience performing FAIs and AS9102-style packages.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute FAI activities and assemble AS9102-style packages.
• Define measurement strategies for connector geometries using GD&T.
• Operate and program CMMs, portable arms, and vision systems; manage fixtures and gauges.
• Maintain calibration records and traceability per ISO 9001/AS9100; assist audits.
• Use SPC/MSA data to verify measurement systems and drive corrective actions.
• Coach operators on inspection methods and IPC/WHMA-A-620 practices.
• Support root-cause analysis and CAPA with engineering/customer teams.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives for inspection efficiency.
