Accelera Staffing is seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to directly support aerospace manufacturing. You will program PC-DMIS CMMs, interpret aerospace blueprints and GD&T, and ensure parts meet engineering specs and customer requirements.

You will also participate in calibration maintenance, quality planning, internal audits, and corrective actions in a dynamic shop floor environment. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
• Proficient in operating and programming CMMs with PC-DMIS.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and dimensional tolerances.
• Experience inspecting precision-machined parts using CMMs and manual gauges.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute PC-DMIS CMM programs for aerospace parts.
• Interpret blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T specifications.
• Design CMM alignments, datum structures, and inspection paths.
• Determine inspection techniques and use precision measurement tools.
• Record receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality.
