Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech CMC functions.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for late-stage development.
• Direct experience with small molecule and oral solid dosage products.
• Strong understanding of CMC development and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMC project management for late-stage development programs.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate team meetings and manage budgets and financial tracking.
• Establish best practices for project management and communications.
