Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech CMC functions.
5+ years of experience in project management for late-stage development.
Direct experience with small molecule and oral solid dosage products.
Strong understanding of CMC development and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CMC project management for late-stage development programs.
Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines and dependencies.
