Job summary

Everleap Fertility in San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Senior Andrologist to lead the Andrology Lab. The role concentrates on advanced semen analysis, sperm preparation for ART, and hormone testing within a regulated reproductive medicine setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure CAP/CLIA compliance, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient care. This full-time position offers a predictable schedule and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science required.
• California CLS license required.
• Minimum five years of lab experience in fertility/reproductive medicine.
• Experience with semen analysis and ART-related prep required.
• Immunoassay testing experience and regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic semen analyses and advanced sperm testing per WHO guidelines.
• Prepare sperm samples for ART procedures (IUI, IVF, ICSI).
• Review and report testing results; ensure QA and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and train laboratory personnel; participate in audits.
