Job summary

Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead to provide functional leadership for the CSI Gov Cloud platform across US OEM and MRO sites. This remote role in the US requires ~25% travel to sites and focuses on optimizing ERP processes and driving standardization.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into ERP solutions, and collaborate with IT, partners, and Infor to deliver enhancements while staying current with product releases.

Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline.
• 5 years’ proven experience with Infor CSI/Syteline 10.
• Proven experience supporting ERP solutions within discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Finance, Quality Management, Customer Order Management.
• Demonstrated success leading ERP process improvement initiatives.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

As part of our continued digital transformation, we are seeking a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead to provide functional leadership for our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Gov Cloud platform supporting our United States OEM and MRO sites. This is a highly visible role working directly with manufacturing and business leaders to optimize business processes, improve operational performance and maximize the value of our ERP investment.

This role is remote in the US with 25% anticipated travel to sites.

Salary: $88,000 - $137,000
