Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead to provide functional leadership for the CSI Gov Cloud across US sites. You will partner with manufacturing and business leaders to optimize processes, promote standard CSI functionality and minimize customizations.

The role requires strong ERP experience in discrete manufacturing, workshop facilitation, and guidance through upgrades and testing. Remote US role with approx. 25% travel and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline.
• 5 years’ proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline 10.
• Experience supporting ERP solutions within discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Finance, Quality Management, and Customer Order Management.
• Demonstrated success leading ERP process improvement initiatives.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Functional Lead for CloudSuite Industrial Gov Cloud environment supporting US sites.
• Partner with business leaders to optimize manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, quality and finance processes.
• Promote standard CloudSuite functionality and minimize customization.
• Facilitate business process workshops and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Lead functional design activities for new capabilities and initiatives.
• Support upgrades, testing, change management and user acceptance.
• Develop functional standards, process documentation and user training materials.
• Drive consistent ERP processes across multiple US facilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, partners and Infor for ERP enhancements.
• Stay current with CSI releases and recommend adoption of new features.
