Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting server operating systems, Active Directory, public cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering, supporting and troubleshooting M365; strong history or successful project execution related to infrastructure, networking, identity management and security best practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer on-premise compute and storage infrastructure environments including Cisco UCS, VMware, Pure Storage, Cohesity.
• Implementation, maintenance and support of public cloud services and resources.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, M365 configuration and management.
• Proactive ownership of physical environments to include system updates and upgrades, expansions, system migrations and data replication.
• Improve efficiency and quality in service and system build and delivery, monitoring, standard operations and validation through automation.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues and incidents related to critical services and proactively detect and prevent their re-occurrences.
• Leverage third-party support and resources in support of administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
