Job summary

GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Principal Cloud Systems Engineer to lead the design and deployment of scalable cloud-native architectures for a U.S. Government project.

This full-time, on-site role will focus on edge networks, CDN technologies, and automated delivery pipelines using IaC. You will translate research into practical implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to secure, high-performance systems that support mission-critical software.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering for distributed cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and CDN concepts.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Experience with IaC and automated deployment pipelines.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate research objectives into scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Research CDN technologies, edge computing, and routing strategies.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC for testbeds and production.
