Job summary
HII – Mission Technologies Corp. is seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Architect to provide architectural leadership and best practices for cloud-based DevOps teams handling highly classified data.
Lead creation of a tech framework and provide technical leadership to support cloud computing and automation efforts, emphasizing high availability and disaster recovery for critical applications.
Qualifications
- 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or JD in related field; or High School Diploma equivalent with 13 years relevant experience.
- Experience with aircraft platform.
- Experience designing large, complex IT operations in large organizations, research environments or production environments.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of a technology framework and provide technical leadership to support cloud computing and automation efforts, with a focus on the design of systems and services that run on cloud platforms designed to support processing highly classified data.
- Ensure that critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery.
