Qualifications

• Masters Degree with 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in systems analysis or related field.
• Experience with SDLC processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting Application Development requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to identify solutions for stakeholders.
• Maintain the application Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Develop and maintain application training documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently and with teams.
• Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to track requirements, bugs, and change requests.
