Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support products transitioned from on-prem to AWS Cloud. You will implement cloud best practices, automation, observability, and secure migrations in a SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams using Agile methodologies, focusing on CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS services to ensure high availability and performance for client workloads.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
70% Ops 30% Development focus in DevOps.
Strong experience with containerization and Kubernetes (EKS).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
Proficiency with Terraform and IaC best practices.
Strong scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Experience with AWS services (EC2, Beanstalk, Load Balancers) and SQL/RDS.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Development, Business, and Platform teams for products running in AWS Cloud.
Support Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and enable cloud best practices for migration to Cloud.
Improve observability and automation across cloud environments.
Design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions with CI/CD and IaC.
Lead migration activities from on-prem to AWS and maintain SaaS reliability.
