Job summary

Concentrix Corporation seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build, automate, and support scalable cloud-native platforms and applications. You will enhance reliability, observability, and performance, leveraging Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD automation.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Linux/Kubernetes skills, and hands-on experience with AWS and Azure to drive platform resilience and automation at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable cloud-native platforms and services.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for reliability.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and preventive actions; participate in on-call operations.
• Develop and maintain observability & monitoring strategies using Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
