Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead the design, governance, and optimization of a global hybrid network. You will shape enterprise networking strategy across on-prem and cloud environments, driving security, scalability, and observability while guiding engineering teams through complex implementations.

The role focuses on multi-cloud connectivity (Azure, GCP), WAN/SD-WAN, firewall architectures, and IaC-based automation.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in enterprise networking, network architecture, and infrastructure engineering.
• 10+ years designing and architecting complex global network environments.
• Proven experience leading architecture initiatives across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, IPSec).
• Experience with DNS architectures and cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise network architecture roadmap to support growth and cloud adoption.
• Lead the architecture and design of global network solutions spanning data centers, campuses, and cloud environments.
• Develop reference architectures, standards, and best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud networking.
• Establish governance to ensure security, scalability, and reliability across network platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives using IaC and network automation tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and collaborate with security and cloud teams.
