Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect within the ACS consulting and services organization to guide Enterprise customers through cloud adoption across compute, storage, networking, databases, and analytics.

You will influence architecture decisions, deliver GenAI and Agentic AI workflows, and evangelize AWS best practices through workshops, white papers, and code samples while aligning with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, systems engineering).
• 3+ years designing or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers, recommending on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Guide customers across the AWS portfolio—compute, storage, networking, databases, analytics—and enable GenAI/Agentic AI workflows.
• Act as voice of the customer, informing roadmap features and publishing best practices, white papers, code samples, and workshops.
