Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Solutions Architect to design and evangelize enterprise cloud solutions for automotive and manufacturing customers.

You will engage senior leaders and cloud architects to craft scalable, secure architectures and drive cloud adoption. You will lead PoCs, influence service roadmaps, and collaborate across teams while mentoring other architects and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years in IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with key Automotive and Manufacturing accounts as primary technical contact.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud solutions for industry workloads.
• Bridge IT and OT, connecting enterprise IT with OT environments on the shop floor using AWS IoT, edge, and hybrid services.
• Lead PoC engagements and architectural reviews to accelerate adoption and derisk deployments.
• Influence product roadmaps by relaying customer requirements to AWS service teams.
• Develop and scale industry thought leadership with reference architectures and whitepapers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive solutions with account managers and partners.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
