Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead complex cloud and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in the United States. You will drive reference architectures, collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams, and own multi-year roadmaps from discovery to delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture, strong leadership, and US citizenship. Remote work with national travel is common; competitive compensation and bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Client-facing consulting or managed services background.
• Pre-sales or enterprise architecture leadership with stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, DR, automation.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong ability to develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and design workshops.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing and business cases.
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and governance.
• Executive communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating client-facing deliverables and architecture docs.
• Collaborative experience across sales, delivery, engineering, product and ops.
• MUST BE A US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate across Sales, Consulting and Solution orgs on Pursuit and Strategy.
• Conduct discovery, assessment and workshops to craft winning solutions.
• Develop and document solutions meeting client requirements and industry needs.
• Lead solution development sessions and present to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions.
• Work with Product Management to evolve the technology roadmap.
• Drive stability and innovation in client environments.
• Lead migration plans and cut-over runbooks.
• Guide architecture through migration milestones and hand-off.
