Your Impact As a Cloud Solution Architect

The Customer Success team is looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering customer success. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will:

• Enable customers to achieve their business goals by maximizing their investments in Microsoft technology.
• Lead technical conversations that help customers unlock the full value of Microsoft solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, ensuring the success of customer projects.

Responsibilities

Customer Centricity:

• Gather customer/partner insights and map architecture solutions to business outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer, driving feedback and insights internally.
• Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and facilitate technical discussions to demonstrate solutions' value.
• Support customer skilling and readiness as a trusted technical advisor, facilitating technical discussions and knowledge transfer.
• Focus on customer/partner experience, anticipating dissatisfaction and executing strategies for improvement.

Business Impact:

• Identify issues, advise on performance optimization, and minimize risks through governance and best practices.
• Drive relationships to resolve technical blockers and accelerate solution adoption.
• Use knowledge of Microsoft and competitor products to identify growth opportunities and increase consumption.
• Understand industry trends and competitive solutions to inform customer discussions.

Technical Leadership:

• Learn new technologies, mentor colleagues, and participate in development opportunities.
• Share insights and strategic input within technical communities and external events.
• Generate ideas for IP, technology, and process improvements, and identify gaps for future development.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas.

OR

• Equivalent experience.

Other Requirements

• Microsoft cannot sponsor work visas for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Project experience in:

• Application Development: proficiency in programming languages, Azure AI, cloud deployment tools.
• Low Code: experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams.
• Dev Advocate: experience with web/mobile/cloud development, DevOps, architecture design, and related technologies.
