As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will help customers leverage Microsoft technology to achieve their goals. Responsibilities

1. Customer Centricity:
   • Gather insights from customers and partners, map solutions to business outcomes, and act as the voice of the customer internally.
   • Develop and expand relationships with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and demonstrate solution value through design collaborations.
   • Support customer skilling and readiness, and improve customer experience by anticipating needs and addressing dissatisfaction.
2. Business Impact:
   • Identify issues, advise on performance optimization, and minimize risks through governance and quality standards.
   • Drive relationships to resolve technical blockers, increase solution consumption, and identify growth opportunities.
   • Apply knowledge of Microsoft and competitor solutions to shape requirements and demonstrate value.
3. Technical Leadership:
   • Learn new technologies, mentor colleagues, and participate in development opportunities.
   • Share insights and participate in external technical communities to stay current and contribute to IP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and 2+ years experience in cloud/IT roles, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in application development, low-code platforms, or DevOps practices, with specific skills listed for each area.

Compensation
