Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior Cloud Software Engineer 3 with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to tackle advanced data science and cloud challenges in Laurel, MD. You will design and deploy multi-tenant cloud software prototypes, operationalize ML/LLMs, and work across Linux/Windows stacks on AWS.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, MLOps, containerized microservices, and working with diverse databases. A strong background in ML, cloud platforms, and distributed systems is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy operational software prototypes in multi-tenant cloud architectures.
• Implement, fine-tune, and operationalize ML models and LLMs in production pipelines (MLOps).
• Build and manage containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Integrate varied data stores (PostgreSQL, Neo4j, ClickHouse, Accumulo, MongoDB, SQLite, DuckDB).
• Write automation scripts in Bash for Linux and Windows environments.
• Conduct applied research bridging statistics and ML with mission workflows.
