Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Software Engineer to help build a cloud-based, multi-tenant security SaaS solution. You will contribute to architecture, coding, testing, and demos within a cross-functional delivery team.

The role requires 5+ years of modern web app/cloud service development, strong JavaScript and React/Node skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Pittsford, NY or Atlanta, GA office."

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building modern web apps or cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, or related major (significant experience may substitute).
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and functional programming.
• Mastery of modern JS frameworks and tools (Node.js, React.js, Webpack).
• Experience with RESTful web services and large-scale codebases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; eager to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust multi-tenant cloud solutions.
• Leverage persona-based development to meet customer needs.
• Work in a full-stack delivery team delivering incremental features.
• Participate in peer reviews and design sessions.
• Architect, develop, test, and demo software in a delivery cycle.
