Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Software Engineer to provide cloud software research, development, and engineering support for mission-critical applications operating in large-scale distributed environments.

This role supports the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design through development, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment, and long-term enhancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• 20 years of software engineering experience on large, complex programs.
• 8+ years in full software development lifecycle and 6+ years with Java/C++ on UNIX/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software for cloud and distributed environments.
• Lead end-to-end engineering activities from requirements through deployment.
• Develop tests, CI/CD pipelines, and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure security, performance, and mission-focused requirements are met.
