Job summary

Foureyes is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications across multiple stacks. This remote role invites collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable systems powered by AI-assisted development.

Candidates should have 5+ years in full-stack development (Python/Java/JS), strong AWS experience, and a passion for learning new technologies. Remote nationwide in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Experience with SQL and Git workflows; IaC with AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across multiple products and stacks.
• Particiapte throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver new capabilities and resolve issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code, automated tests, and technical documentation.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services for scalability and security.
• Build resilient distributed systems prioritizing performance and reliability.
• Thoroughly test code and review others’ work for end-to-end quality.
