Job summary

Foureyes, a remote-first software company, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications powering the platform. You will work across multiple products and tech stacks, embracing AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack development with NodeJS, React, Python, or Java, plus AWS experience (Lambda, S3, RDS). You’ll join a collaborative culture valuing learning and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development with NodeJS, React, Python, or Java.
• Experience building cloud-native apps on AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Familiar with IaC using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Observability with Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Interest in AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Bedrock Agents is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and quick learning across multiple codebases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across multiple products.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, tests, review, deploy, support.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver capabilities and fix production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code, tests, and documentation.
• Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services for scalability and security.
• Build resilient distributed systems prioritizing performance and maintainability.
• Test own code thoroughly and review peers' code.
