Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cloud engineering certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software to automate and support infrastructure operations and ensure seamless deployments.
• Evaluate solutions to meet business needs and implement outcomes.
• Define and enforce operations and development standards to limit downtime.
• Perform regular maintenance and monitoring for cloud infrastructure systems and services.
• Monitor performance against service-level indicators and respond to high-severity incidents.
• Develop and train Site Reliability Engineers on technologies and best practices.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure and development-related costs.
• Interact with vendors to evaluate solutions and negotiate contracts.
