Job summary

BCC Software LLC is seeking a Security Analyst to strengthen the company’s cybersecurity program. You will define, validate, and report on security controls to protect assets and sensitive data, using frameworks, audits, and SLAs to guide governance and operations. IT manages day-to-day system administration.

You will lead incident response, manage risk trends, and coordinate with MDR, cloud security controls, and data protection efforts across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity operations or equivalent.
• Experience with security controls, governance, and audits.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls.
• Certifications such as SC-200/AZ-500/SC-300/CISSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen identity security with Entra ID and MFA, manage access policies.
• Deploy and improve Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Intune security features.
• Oversee MDR provider activities, tuning, and reviews.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation reporting.
