Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
• Minimum: HS diploma + 12 years experience; 10 years with Associate; 8 years with Bachelor's; 6 years with Master's; 4 years with Doctorate.

Responsibilities

• Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses.
• Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, CASE tools.
• Estimates software development costs and schedule; reviews existing programs and refines, reducing operating time and improving techniques.
• Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
• Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other personnel.
