Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a skilled Systems/DevOps professional to support federal government customers. The role blends software development, systems engineering, and operations, requiring TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.

You'll monitor and maintain critical application systems, optimize performance, and support 24/7 watchfloor operations from Maryland, with opportunities across multiple teams and locations. The position offers competitive benefits, a strong retirement plan, and ample PTO.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience in a technical field related to labor category.
• Progressively higher education aligned to roles (HS diploma to Doctorate).
• Proficiency in monitoring, Linux admin, and cloud/AWS operations.
• Familiarity with dataflow tools and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data reliability and accuracy by monitoring and maintaining application systems.
• Contribute to operational success through continuous performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Maintain system health by tracking metrics, logs, dashboards, alerts, and status.
• Support watchfloor operations by identifying service degradation and escalating issues.
• Perform basic Linux system administration tasks and manage services.
• Support cloud-based operations using AWS Console/CLI for health checks.
• Work in a rotating shift schedule for 24/7 application support.
