One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join a fast-growing, innovative security team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced security measures that protect cloud-based systems and customer data, while enabling scalable development practices. You'll work cross-functionally to identify vulnerabilities, improve detection strategies, and support secure DevOps processes. Accountabilities:

• Perform risk assessments, architectural design reviews, and threat modeling
• Build and enhance automated security testing frameworks
• Integrate security tools and checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to promote secure coding practices
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement real-time threat detection and monitoring strategies
• Contribute to security training and documentation across the organization

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud security, software engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Scala is a plus)
• Strong understanding of application security and OWASP Top 10 principles
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab and secure DevOps workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security and infrastructure vulnerabilities
• Experience with SIEMs, SAST/DAST tools, and security automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
