Scopely Explore Engineering seeks a Cloud Security Engineer to improve security across infrastructure and production environments. The role focuses on guiding teams, building automation, and advancing cloud security posture, including multi-cloud strategies.

Strong coding skills with Go/Java/Python and experience in fast-moving, distributed teams are required. Responsibilities include driving security decisions, implementing tooling, and collaborating with engineers to roll out security measures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a global company with cloud-centric infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding of cloud technologies.
• Experience building tooling, helping engineers and improving security.
• Proven strong communication and team skills in a distributed environment.
• Experience driving organization-wide changes in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams making the right security decisions when building out new infrastructure.
• Build automation to keep the environment safe for engineers.
• Participate in the management of Cloud Security posture across the organization and multi-cloud environments.
