Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to protect cloud infrastructure and security platforms across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.

This role sits in the Database Protection Team and focuses on database activity monitoring, tokenization, and related protections across a large technology environment. You will act as a senior technical resource, troubleshooting complex issues, onboarding databases and applications, and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in cloud infrastructure or security engineering.
• Strong AWS and Azure production experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting Kubernetes clusters.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and enhance cloud security platforms.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Administer Kubernetes clusters used by security services.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud, infrastructure, networking, application issues.
• Onboard databases and applications into security platforms.
