Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Architect to define, implement, and govern cloud security architectures across public, private, and SaaS environments. You will collaborate with cloud engineering, application development, infrastructure, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions aligned with regulatory and enterprise standards.

You will lead security reviews, drive Zero Trust principles, and advance security patterns across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Expertise in cloud security architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience leading security reviews for cloud transformation initiatives and SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security, IAM, data protection, encryption, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to influence engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud security architectures, standards, and reference models across multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Lead security architecture reviews for cloud transformation initiatives and cloud-native applications.
• Define and govern cloud security capabilities including IAM, network security, data protection, and security automation.
• Identify cloud security risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with enterprise risk management.
