Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead the architecture of public, private, and hybrid clouds, driving secure infrastructure aligned to business strategy. The role requires deep cloud security expertise and hands-on guidance for secure design, build, testing and deployment across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.

You will mentor staff, enforce enterprise standards and advocate for resilient security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Architect and articulate a scalable secure cloud vision across public, private and hybrid clouds.
• Lead security architecture design with SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
• Provide guidance on secure design, build, testing and deployment across cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor junior team members and guide incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with security and engineering leadership to support business objectives.
• Draft cybersecurity strategies to comply with regulations (CMMC, NIST).
